The wedge hair clipper blade is ideal for soft-line fading and seamless blends, and — just like the magic clip cordless — comes with in-built crunch blade technology. The Legend Cordless also features an extended taper lever that provides longer blend range, such that barbers can simply open the metal lever of the clipper further to fade quicker without needing additional cutting guides.

Hair Clipper Motor

In terms of motor, the Magic Clip Cordless features a rotary motor that may only be capable of 5,700 strokes per minute, but is perfectly suitable for blending and removing fade guidelines. 

On the other hand, the Legend Cordless — while being almost as lightweight (295g) as the Magic Clip Cordless (290g) —  features a stronger motor that allows for 6,500 strokes per minute to tackle thick, dense hair. 

However, when it comes to motor power, the Senior Cordless takes the cake with a motor that operates at 7,000 strokes per minute, making it the most ideal clipper for cutting through thicker, denser hair even when it’s wet. 

For quick bulk removals with regards to harder-to-cut manes such as Afro-textured hair, go with the Legend Cordless or Senior Cordless for more power that facilitates ease. 

Battery Run and Charge Time

When it comes to cordless clippers, important features to take note of include the battery run and charge times — or so one would think.
